India Pilgrimage Terms & Conditions *	I have read and accept the terms & conditionsDEPOSIT: Unless you pay in full, a non-refundable deposit of $1,000 is required at the time of booking in order to reserve your spot and set up your payment plan. (If you are booking after October 15th, 2025, $2,500 is due. If you are booking after December 5th, 2025, the full retreat payment is due.) PAYMENTS: All card payments are subject to a 3.5% processing fee. If you opted for the payment plan, an additional $1,500 is due by October 15th, 2024, with the remaining balance due by December 5th, 2025. (You are welcome to send payments in smaller installments, so long as the above listed amounts are paid by the dates. If payments have still not been received by the due date, the Ayurveda Health Retreat will automatically charge your card on file for the appropriate balance due.) CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS: There will be no refunds or discounts for arriving late, leaving early, flight cancellations, travel delays, or illness. Any monies paid to the retreat are non-transferrable. If you opt for the payment plan, the initial $1,000 deposit is non-refundable. If you pay in full, $1,000 of your payment is non-refundable. If you cancel your reservation: - 61 days or more prior to the start of the retreat, you receive 50% of the money you have put down after the deposit. - 31-60 days prior to the start of the retreat, you receive 20% of the money you have put down after the deposit. - 0-30 days prior to the start of the retreat, no refunds are given. ACKNOWLEDGEMENTS: The following elements are not included in the retreat cost: - International flights to and from India - Internal flights from Mumbai to Dehradun & flights from Dehradun to Delhi - Visa Application & Fee - Ayurvedic Treatments (optional) TRAVEL INSURANCE: If you would like to get travel insurance TRAVELGUARD is recommended, which offers a variety of travel insurances, including the option for a comprehensive “cancel for any reason” policy. If you cancel for any reason – your airfare, hotel, retreat costs, etc. up until 48 hours prior to travel, will be covered. This comprehensive package is called the “Gold Package Cancel for Any Reason Policy”. You must contact Travelguard and purchase the policy within 15 days of buying your airline tickets or incurring any costs for any part of your travel. You can also just insure your air tickets. Travelguard can give you quotes for each scenario.
